Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Clearwise website and its tools: Compass, Heart to Heart and From Thought to Action (the "Service"). The Service is provided by . By using it you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is — and isn't
- The Service offers guided self-reflection conversations generated by artificial intelligence. You are talking with an AI, not a person.
- It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, legal, financial or career advice, and it doesn't replace a qualified professional.
- AI can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. You decide what to do with what you read, and you are responsible for your decisions.
- In an emergency, or if you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or are in danger, stop and contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Don't use the Service to harm others, to break the law, to try to extract the system's instructions, or to overload or misuse it.
3. Payment
- The first few replies in each tool are free. After that, a one-time payment unlocks the full journey in that tool, including up to 400 AI replies within 60 days. It is not a subscription.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Israeli cards are charged in shekels through Grow; other cards are charged through Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, which act as the merchant of record and handle sales tax or VAT.
- Refunds: if you are not satisfied, write to us within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full. This doesn't limit any right you have under consumer-protection law.
- If you are in the EU or UK: the Service is digital content supplied immediately at your request. By starting the paid part of the journey you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once supply begins. Our 14-day refund promise above still applies.
4. Your content and privacy
What you write stays yours. We don't store your conversations; see the Privacy Policy for how encryption and automatic erasure work. Because we don't keep a copy, we can't recover a conversation after it is erased, so download your summary if you want to keep it.
5. Our content
The Service, its design, texts and instructions belong to us. You may use your personal summary freely; you may not copy or resell the Service itself.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a tool you paid for before your access period ends, we will refund the unused part.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live. Questions: .
